IMPORTANT NOTICE
All lots are offered for sale "in their actual state" and with any accessories they may have (guarantees, certificates, appraisals, authentications, etc.). The Condition Report is provided to help analyze the condition of the lot, but is for indicative purposes only. The Condition Report is not exhaustive in an absolute sense and may not in fact report all possible defects, restorations, alterations or adaptations since FINARTE is not a technical laboratory, nor a professional conservator or restorer. The Condition Report is and remains a purely subjective statement of opinion, however qualified, of FINARTE. For these reasons it does not constitute an alternative to specialized professional advice and consequently FINARTE and the experts cannot be held responsible in any way for such information. Potential buyers are there- fore recommended to inspect, or have their trusted advisor inspect, the lot of interest before the sale.
